The contact owns 2010 GMC Sierra 1500. The contact stated that while driving 20 mph, the vehicle sputtered and failed to accelerate above 20 mph. The contact mentioned that the check engine and service traction control warning lights illuminated. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic, where it was diagnosed the throttle position sensor codes needed to be reset. The vehicle was repaired however, the failure recurred.
