One problem related to manifold/header/muffler/tail pipe has been reported for the 2002 GMC Sierra 2500. The most recently reported issues are listed below. Three broken manifold bolts. From what I hear this is a common occurrence. The broken one close to firewall, will have to pull engine to fix. There should be a recall on these manifold bolts.
