The contact stated while driving approximately 55 mph and towing a 28-foot RV, the contact was unable to safely view the blind spot on the left and right sides of the RV using both side view mirrors. The contact stated that the failure had created a dangerous situation while changing lanes. The contact called the local dealer and was informed that the side view mirrors performed as designed, and that there was no fix for the issue. The vehicle was not repaired.
