Two problems related to differential unit have been reported for the 1999 GMC Sonoma. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Diferential has a zuming vibrating and cliking noise when driving both ajustable seat handels broke and 3rd small door handel has never work properly and keeps breaking.
Seals and gaskets for the differential, power steering, oil pan and drive train were all worn and needed replacing.
