Windshield wiper delay is defective. Big oak pontiac/GMC in bartow, FL tried to repair and claims to have replaced the necessary component, but the repair was never effective. The problem is that the delay sometimes works, sometimes doesn't work at all and sometimes works but with erratic time intervals between wipes.
