Failure Date: 12/08/2001

While driving at 45 mph consumer rearended another vehicle. Upon impact, airbags didnot deploy. Please add VIN.

2 Air Bag Not Deploy problem

Failure Date: 12/07/2001

While pulling out of parking lot and going a ways down the road and upon approaching vehicles, consumer attempted to brake and brake pedal went to the floor, resulting in rear end collision. Upon impact, air bags did not deploy.
