Vehicle Speed Control problem #1

While traveling 75mph with speed control set driver attempted to deactivate speed contol by hitting switch and vehicle continued to roll. Driver applied brakes to stop, and the vehicle continued to roll. Vehicle had to be turned off to stop. Manufacturer has been notified.

Accelerator Stuck problem #2

Accelerator sticks causing vehicle to lurch forward when enough pressure applied to free.
