One problem related to air brake antilock has been reported for the 1999 GMC Suburban. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The brakes will grab very hard under light pressure and jerk the vehicle violently until they have been pressed several times at which point they start working normally. Not sure if this is a caliper issue or a drum brake issue or both.
