One problem related to other fuel system tank assembly has been reported for the 1999 GMC Suburban. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
While driving daughter to school, pulled into the parking lot and vehicle stalled, and would not start again. Had vehicle towed to the dealer, and they broke the fuel sending unit. Which they replaced. But, still having problem with vehicle stalling. Engine check light came on and stayed on. They pressurized the tank. Now the gas gauge does read properly.
