While driving 60 mph, the driver applied the brakes the pedal went to the floor. A pulsating noise was heard coming from the pedal as the driver release it. This causing a frontal collision with another vehicle. Both air bags did not deploy. The driver was not hurt. The vehicle was towed to the body shop. The mechanic informed the consumer the problem can not be duplicate please fill in additional information.
