general problems of the 2019 GMC Terrain - part 2

*trans clutch drag recall *while driving, it would take a minute to shift gears and the vehicles behind me would ride up on the back of my car until it would shift into the next gear and pick up speed to do the speed limit. *took the Terrain to afontaine in ann arbor, mi and the service center reprogramed the transmission control module and setup with sps 0. 7 , the vehicle was inspected by lafontaine dealership in ann arbor, mi warning messages, I could hear the transmission not shifting when it should be. The transmission problem starting happening in sept 2019 and brought it into the dealership in oct 2019.

Tl- the contact owns a 2019 GMC Terrain. The contact stated that while reversing at 3 mph, the vehicle crashed into a telephone pole due to the back up camera being inoperable. The contact stated that the camera did not pick up the object that was located on the rear right side of the vehicle. The vehicle had damage to the lift gate and the back window shattered. The air bags did not deploy. A police report was filed. There were no injuries sustained. The vehicle was not taken to a dealer or independent mechanic for a diagnostic test or repairs. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 7,681. Dr.

Leasing a 2019 GMC Terrain technical, within a few days climate off error came on while trying to turn on the ac or heat. Car safety features never alerted with sounds. Service bulletins pit 5663 and pic 6365a, GMC known problems before I signed my lease. Contacted GMC after penske Buick GMC, shillington PA, told me there was nothing they could do to fix the climate off error. Pushed an update through to fix the safety no alert sounds. At this point penske as well as GMC have no idea when the climate off errors will be fixed. I continue to pay my full lease rate for a vehicle that does not fully work.

Tl- the contact owns a 2019 GMC Terrain. The contact stated that while driving at 70 mph, while it was set on cruise control, the vehicle emerging brake independently drop the speed limit to 45 mph. The contact had to depress the accelerator pedal, the vehicle when back into the cruise mode. There was no warning indicator illuminated. The vehicle was taken to hall Buick GMC dealer, located at 3010 s sw loop 323, tyler, TX 75701, (903) 771-2886, where it was diagnosed but could not duplicate the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and provided a case number: 9-5110159147 and referred the contact to NHTSA. The approximate failure mileage was 4, 473. Aw.
