7 Fuel Pump problem of the 2010 GMC Terrain

Failure Date: 04/09/2011

I had complained several times to the courtesy GMC in trussville, al in the last that my 2010 GMC Terrain was not getting good gas milage and idoling and shifting very rough. At that time it was under the 36,000 mile factory warranty. They proceeded to tell me that it was just how this new engine ran but was not a problem. The week of April 4, 2011 my vehicle started really having alot more difficulties on idoling, had no pickup and gas mileage got even worse and it almost cut off a few times. Well I took it to the dealership on April 11, 2011 after having several warning lights come on and was told my it was my high pressure fuel pump was leaking. They had to keep my car the better part of a week to order all the parts to fix it and of course at this point it is not under the factory warranty any longer. I was told this would fix all my problems. If this was the case why was this not fixed earlier. After picking my car back up on April 15,2011, the next day all the lights come on again and the car will not turn over at all. After jumping the vehicle off, I carried back to the dealership on April 18, 2011 and they tell me now my battery is dead. It has been one problem after another with this vehicle and this dealership. It is a true lemon and I would not suggest to anyone to purchase these vehicles. I travel about 30,000 miles a year and I do not feel safe that I will get where I am going in this vehicle without breaking down.
