Hello I have had several reoccurring issues with my fuel pump system. I have had one actual fuel line break in half and pour diesel out while I was driving down the road. Also the fuel pump on the vehicle has come a loose from the engine twice breaking the four lug nuts that hold the fuel pump to the engine, which also caused fuel to leak.
