Front Suspension problems of the 1996 Honda Accord

Five problems related to front suspension have been reported for the 1996 Honda Accord. The most recently reported issues are listed below.

1 Front Suspension problem

Failure Date: 11/22/1999

Both underfenders for front fenders spontaneously detached on flat, dry highway when I was going at a steady speed of 45 mph. Driver's side remained attached at front end and twisted around tire, causing me to lose control of car and veer onto verge. Passenger side abruptly detached completely and flew onto roadway. Front end of car has never been involved in collision. Honda dealer claims they never see this happening and continues to blame driver for faulty driving.

2 Front Suspension problem

Failure Date: 06/17/1999

Cv boot and joints were replaced . Car now pulls to the side, and service dept. Says that it can not be aligned w/out 700. 00 replacement part.

3 Front Suspension problem

Right front and left front alignment failed.

4 Front Suspension problem

Mold in a/c, car shook when turning (ps line pinched), power windows (2) fell off track.

5 Front Suspension problem

Vehicle pulls to the right causing front tires to wear after only 10,000 miles.
