One problem related to conventional parking brake has been reported for the 1999 Honda Accord. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Emergency brake failed on incline. Car was running, in neutral (5 speed) for up to 10 minutes before car began to roll. Unfortunately, it rolled into the lake. I was towing a jetski, and retrieving it from the boat ramp.
