One problem related to front seat belt has been reported for the 1999 Honda Accord. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
When retracting, the driver side seat belt can catch on the power seat lever which reclines the driver seat. As a result, the seat back reclines unless someone determines the reason for the seat going back. The seat reclines with such force that anyone sitting in the back seat can be severely injured and potentially crushed by the force.
