Wheel bearing failures: replace left front wheel bearing under warranty around 33,000 miles. Replaced right front wheel bearing around 68,000. Not covered under warranty. Manufacturer paid nothing. Found right front wheel bearing starting to go bad. Had replaced at no cost in July of 2003. (only had 9,000 miles on it. However, upon inspection during replacement of right front, technician found both rear wheel bearing to be going bad. That will be a total of five wheel bearing replaced before 100,000 miles. Never had a wheel bearing issue on any other car!!!.
Both front wheels were bent without prior warning. While traveling the wheels cracked. The wheels are after market product.
Consumer complains of a design flaw concerning the dimension of the wheels, the wall protrudes out farther than the wall of the tires, when pulling in to park, this efect has caused substantial damage to the surface of the wheel.
