Crushed chest, broken neck, and death of driver resulted from rear end impact of Honda Accord while sitting still. Front seatback failure caused severe facial injuries to rear seat passenger in rear end collision.
Consumer complained about a seat bottom frame. The frame was replaced 2 times in the past 10,000 miles. When vehicle accelerated the seats moved back. However, dealer indicated play in the seat was normal activity. Driver seat rocked back and forth when consumer tries to accelerate or stop. In addition, transmission clunks when shifting from drive to park. Dealer said it shifts normal.
