The contact owns a 2001 Honda Accord. When the contact attempted to activate the headlights, the instrument panel lights failed to illuminate. He took the vehicle to the dealer, but they could not find any failures. The contact paid for a diagnostic for an air bag failure that was reset. The following day, the instrument panel lights did not illuminate again. He attempted to repair the vehicle himself, but was unsuccessful.
