Front Seat Power Adjust problems of the 2009 Honda Accord

2009 Honda Accord driver's power seat "jumps" when moved forward and reverse (most notable on an incline). I had the dealer check it and I was told that this is 'normal' due to the mechanism design. A couple of weeks later, I had to brake hard to avoid a collision and the seat jerked forward noticeably as it slipped in the track mechanism. I feel that this is an unacceptable and unsafe defect that should be corrected.

In July of 2009 I purchased a 2009 Honda Accord ex-l sedan. From the beginning when adjusting the power driver seat, the movement of the seat forward and backward was rough (I. E. Wobbly). I took the vehicle into the dealership where I purchased it and they replaced the seat rails, but the problem remains though not as severe. Additionally the electrical controls for the heated front seats were not connected properly (actually not connected at all) and consequently they did not work until the dealership corrected the problem.
