Tl-the contact owns 2009 Honda Accord. The contact stated that while driving at 40 mph, the steering wheel sized with out any warning lights illuminated. The contact had to manually turn the steering wheel which failed. The dealer was contacted to schedule a diagnosed test to be performed. The vehicle was not repaired.
