I drove to address above pulled into drive way with my foot on the brakes the car a few feet from the garage just accelerated and I had no time to react before it was in the garage hit my niece anita jones car and her car almost went into the house but the freezer stopped it but destroyed her car garage door and freezer, doorway entrance to the house from garage. Reported accident to state farm no police was called. We reported the accident immediately her car was totaled. State farm policy 560 5822-f08-42-001 there was no warning signals except that I had notice that it was accelerating without my assistance.
