1 Ball Joint problem

Tl the contact owns a 2010 Honda Accord. In 2017, while driving at an unknown speed and making a right turn, the front passenger wheel bent backwards. In 2018, while driving 60 mph on the expressway, the contact heard a loud abnormal noise and pulled the vehicle over to the side of the road. In 2019, while driving at an unknown speed and making a right turn, the front passenger wheel bent backwards again. The vehicle was towed to an independent mechanic after each failure. The mechanic diagnosed that the front passenger side ball joint and axle were fractured. The dealer and manufacturer were not contacted. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was not available.

2 Ball Joint problem

Failure Date: 02/13/2014

The contact owns a 2010 Honda Accord. The contact stated that while reversing at various speeds, a banging noise was heard and the vehicle failed to accelerate. Upon inspection, it was found that the front driver's side tire was protruding awkwardly from the wheel well. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was found that the ball joint had failed. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was contacted about the failure. The failure mileage was 70,530.
