The contact owns a 2015 Honda Accord. The contact stated while driving at various speeds, there was an abnormal trembling sensation experienced, accompanied by a clunking sound coming from underneath the front driver’s side of the vehicle, with the tpms warning light illuminated. The vehicle was taken to a local dealer where it was diagnosed, and the contact was informed that the front passenger’s side side axle boot was faulty and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 242,024.

Tire problem #2

Tl the contact owns a 2015 Honda Accord equipped with continental conti pro contact tires, size: 235/40r1996v (na). The contact heard an abnormal clicking, rubbing noise coming from the tires. The contact stated that the noise was overbearing and would not relent. There were no warning indicators illuminated. The vehicle was taken to concord Honda (1461 concord Ave, concord, CA 94520, (855) 679-6829), but was not diagnosed or repaired. The service adviser stated that the tire did not match the wheel and this was a known issue with the manufacturer. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and did not assist. The vehicle failure mileage was 20,420. The tire failure mileage was unknown.
