The contact owns a 2015 Honda Accord. While attempting to parallel park the vehicle, the steering wheel seized. The contact stated that extra effort was needed to operate the vehicle. The dealer stated that the electric power steering motor overheated and caused the power steering failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 8,000.
