Side/window Air Bag problems of the 2015 Honda Accord

Takata recall. The contact owns a 2015 Honda Accord. While driving 50 mph, the front passenger side of the contact's vehicle crashed into a fire truck. All of the air bags deployed with force except the front passenger side air bag. The driver sustained seven fractures in the wrists, and also a neck injury. Medical treatment was required. The vehicle was towed and the insurance company and a legal source were investigating the cause of the crash and the air bags. A police report was filed.
