While driving 65 mph, the speed decreased to 35 mph and the tire pressure monitoring system indicator illuminated. Also, the "take vehicle to dealer" message was displayed. The vehicle was towed to cannon Honda vicksburg (2057 n frontage rd, vicksburg, ms 39180, (877) 421-8694) where it was diagnosed that the lumbar and radar needed to be adjusted. The vehicle was repaired; however, the failure recurred. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who stated that the tires needed to be replaced. The tires were replaced. The manufacturer was contacted, but did not assist. The vehicle failure mileage was approximately 35,000. The dot number and tire failure mileage were unknown.

The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where the contact was informed that the tires were perfect and the tpms was reset, but the failure recurred. The vehicle was not taken to a dealer for diagnostic testing or repairs. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and informed the contact to take the vehicle to a Honda dealer. The failure mileage was 35,000.
