The contact owns a 2020 Honda Accord. The contact stated that while driving 60 mph, she heard an abnormal cracking sound coming from the sun roof. The contact inspected the sun roof and saw several cracks had formed on the sun roof. The contact immediately closed the sun roof and stated that the sun roof started breaking apart as she reached her destination. The contact also stated that the crack occurred without impact. The contact took the vehicle to colonial Honda of dartmouth (225 state rd, dartmouth, MA 02747) where it remained unrepaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 13,000.
