The contact stated that the failure was related to NHTSA action number: ea24002 forward collision avoidance. There were no reported injuries, air bag deployment or fire. A police report was filed. The driver was able to continue to drive. The local dealer was not contacted. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was 71,080. The VIN was invalid.

Air Brake Antilock Control Unit/module problem #2

The contact owns a 2021 Honda Accord sedan. The contact stated while driving 45 mph on the highway the vehicle was shuttering a vibration sound. The contact stated when she is going into reverse there is a loud roaring sound coming from the brakes. There were no warning lights illuminated.
