Side/rear Glass problems of the 2021 Honda Accord

The contact owns a 2021 Honda Accord. The contact stated when entering their vehicle. They noticed several small dark circles forming around the front driver side window as well the front windshield which made difficult for the contact visibility while driving the vehicle . The contact stated after a few days the dark circles would disappear however it comes back intermittently. The contact took the vehicle to a local dealer who inspected the vehicle and was told they believe the failure is related to the tinting on the windows that is causing the failure but was not able to provide a fixture for the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown.
