Seats problem #1

The front passenger seat is very low to a point where a deployed air bag will hit the passenger in the face, hinders ability to breathe and cause injuries to the face, I took the vehicle to our local Honda dealer to correct the problem because the car still under manufacture warranty the dealer didn’t even acknowledge the issue.

Seats problem #2

Started the car and the system was not booting up properly. Had to restart the car a few times for the system to boot up properly. Took 3 min to start up after restarting the car. No error codes just major lag and delay. Car was updated to the most current update and no new updates were available at the moment. Bluetooth also has a hard time connecting to mobile devices. Engine makes weird sound when accelerating on the highway in eco mode. Sometimes feels like misfires when accelerating. When entering the car from outside the seat sometimes does not adjust back to the original position stays at the extended position it does when getting out of the car. Requires me to adjust my seat consistently.

Seats problem #3

There is a major design issue with the two front seats on this vehicle in that they are too low. I am five feet four inches tall and my wife is five feet two inches tall and I can barely see over the driver's side front windscreen having adjusted the seat to it's maximum height. The passenger seat has no adjustable lever as a result my wife can see anything outside in the front of the vehicle. This is a major design and safety issue and it has to be addressed by Honda. I've also been following the Honda Accord forums and many people have the same issue. Because of this I'm already planning to sell the vehicle and buy something else instead. I've owned a Honda Accord previously and many other vehicles and this type of issue was never a problem. I've driven over seven hundred vehicles in the past twenty five years and this is the first car that I've encountered this type of issue, in fact the passenger seat is unusable because it's way too low. I'm currently looking at buying two after market seats or alternatively to replace the vehicle. In fact I just bought the vehicle as a demo with just 5000 miles on it on 12/13/2023. Please help me resolve this matter.

Seats problem #4

Driver seat moves foward when brakes are applied. Took to dealer they stated they couldn't find anything wrong. Took me to another car and shake a driver seat and state they all move some. I own several vechicles and they never moved when breaking a vechicle.

Seats problem #5

Drivers seat is loose. Dealership agreed seat is loose but other new cars at dealership have loose seats too so they decided it is expected. Seat isn't loose when car is off and seat is fully back. But when you start car and seat moves forward, the seat clicks back and forth when you drive when speeding up or slowing down. It seems there is play or something loose. I've had other Hondas years ago and none of my cars, including my Honda pilot do this. Dealership said I should wait till someone reports it and recall because if they swap out the seat they say it will have the same problem. This problem has been with the car since I bought it new. I've reported 2x to the dealership and they said there isn't anything they can do.
