Rear camber is set way to aggressive and wearing out the inside of tires very quickly!! According to 2 different shops they have adjusted the camber as far as the factory part will allow with the only option is to buy a aftermarket camber arm to get more adjustment. I am on my 3rd set of tires with only 57000 miles. I went father then I should have on replacing the worn (inside of tire past the metal wire) without knowing it was that bad. Could have had a very serios blowout on rear. Dealer ship said none of this would be covered under warranty!! the wear started form the get go and might can get the 1st alignment information from the shop that performed the alignment. Other individuals I know they have Accords and civics in the 23 and newer are having simular issues!! pics in file are both rear tires that had been rotated 3 times in aprox 20k and alignment checked.
Ride quality is so bad and uncomfortable I am struggling to drive it straight and makes me so tired been in service 3 times for this issue and everyone says they can replicate the issue. Even bought brand new tires and doing the same.
The contact's fiancée owns a 2023 Honda Accord. The contact stated that the rear tires showed severe inner wear and damage due to a misalignment, requiring three sets of rear tires to be replaced within a year. The vehicle was taken to a dealer, who notified the manufacturer of the failure; however, the technical engineer denied assistance. The dealer informed the contact that the lower control arms needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. Additionally, the contact stated that the tire repair kit bottle cap detached while inflating a tire. The contact received notification of NHTSA campaign number: 26v366000 (tires); which was associated with the tire repair kit failure. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 47,000.
The vehicle's suspension is excessively stiff and harsh since new, transmitting all road imperfections, bumps, and irregularities directly to the driver and passengers, causing discomfort and fatigue. Additionally, there is abnormal noise (clunking/rattling/creaking/popping) from the steering rack area, especially when turning the steering wheel at low speeds, over bumps, or when stationary. The suspension components and steering rack assembly are available for inspection upon request. This condition affects safety by causing driver fatigue, reduced comfort/control on uneven roads, and potential distraction from steering noise indicating a possible developing failure in the steering system. The problems have been inspected and repair attempted by authorized Honda dealers on multiple occasions, but the issues persist and have not been resolved. The vehicle or component has been inspected by dealer service centers.
