Warning problems of the 2023 Honda Accord

Had a light come on about the electric power steering, steering assist reduced see your dealer I know the hybrid had this problem but mine is just a gas model.

Describe the safety issue: my 2023 Honda Accord (VIN: 1hgcy1f28pa010141) stalled in traffic due to electrical system failure. A certified Honda technician found undisclosed non-factory wiring, exposed wires, removed aftermarket alarm components, bcm communication failure, and multiple hard codes that cannot be cleared. The vehicle has serious electrical defects that affect engine communication and safety systems. These conditions create a risk of stalling, electrical fire, loss of power, and loss of control while driving. The defects were present at the time of purchase but were not disclosed. When did the issue begin? stalled in traffic and warning lights appeared immediately after purchase. Is the problem reproducible? yes. Hard codes and electrical malfunctions reappear after clearing. Has the vehicle been inspected? yes. Inspected at team gillman Honda north. Technician documented unsafe wiring, bcm issues, and recommended teardown with an estimated repair cost of $2,686. 86. Has the manufacturer been contacted? yes, through Honda dealership service. They confirmed the defects are not normal wear and are related to altered wiring. Has the dealer been contacted? yes. The selling dealer refused assistance and told me not to contact them further.

Vehicle sometimes picks up blacked out or repaved cracks in road as departing the lane. The vehicles steering wheels shakes and vibrates then steers back into what it thinks is the center of the lane. Mind you as I’m already centered. It begins pushing car into on coming traffic and lane. Also the bottom aluminum transmission cover has come loose causing the skid plate or cover to come down on one side. This particular piece has fallen off and was dragging causing sparks. Sometimes the speed limit on the dash reads 65mph as 85mph.

Report the problem many time to three different Honda dealerships . February 27 2024 at 9:58 am the did not stop, and three different lights coming on in the same time( the Honda dealership change part call internal electric wave(radar) it fixes the auto pilot but still some lights pops up even I am not using the auto pilot and also sometimes while using the auto pilot the breaking by it self even the road clear and clean also the change the emission sensor and also the change infotainment unit please for safety reasons is there any way for Honda corporation to buy this car back thank you very much and have a great day.

I have had 2 separate experiences with starting my car and the lights on the dashboard come on. A message comes on with rolling alerts that states the automatic emergency braking, steering assist, lane keeping assist, braking assist, hill hold, adaptive cruise control are all turned off. Additionally regenerative braking was also turned off. I took it to two different Honda dealerships for maintenance. (may 8th, July 20). If you wait 30 mins the alert will disappear. My most recent incidence occurred on sept 2, I was out grocery shopping and the alerts reappeared while in motion. I was very afraid bc I have never had it come on while in motion. From my second visit July 20th I took it to get looked at and they said that they could not re-create the issue. So both dealerships restored the factory settings. Now this is my third time dealing with this. I took it on July 20th to have them update the system bc it continues to alert when turned off that there is a system update. I had to take the care back twice bc the system update kept alerting. While reading other people's issues I see it is connected to getting the system updated. I have paid a lot of money for this car and it only had 39 miles on it. I see that someone else has had this problem in the past. I travel for work and this is certainly an inconvenience. In my first visit they thought it had something to do with the electricity or battery as they explained to me, but the problem keeps happening. For the cost of this vehicle someone needs to find out what the issue is and fast. I do not want to have to abandon this care for my safety.
