Child Seat Problems of Honda Accord

The contact owns an evenflo revolve360 safety seat, model type: all-in-one convertible, model number: 35312310, manufactured date: may 18th, 2021. The contact stated that upon attempting to rotate the safety seat, the mechanism jammed and the seat was unable to be detached. All attempts to detach the seat failed. The failure occurred inside the vehicle. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The car seat was not replaced.

Sunshine radian 80xtsl superlatch installation becomes loose (by inches) after a proper and tight installation anytime one of the kids' feet touches the top of the tightening belt mechanism. If I push down with just one finger, it will loosen on it's own also. This has occurred almost daily when using the car seats because the kids' feet will touch it and I have to retighten the anchor belt before we leave the house. The contact owns a 2008 Honda Accord. The contact has installed and owns a britax model # e9l0227 rear facing child safety seat which was manufactured on 7/7/09 . The tether strap became tangled on the second day she installed it into the vehicle. She also adjusted the straps on the child seat; however, they repeatedly became loose. The manufacturer stated that she needed to return the seat and replace it with another child safety seat. The identical failure occurred on the second child safety seat which was the same brand name and model. Updated 03/19/10. The consumer stated britax replace the second car seat with a marathon model. Child seat buckle intermittently does not connect with the latch. Also, whenever the buckle does connect with the latch it will not release. Consumer complains that the harness does not stay in position, and the child can get out of the seat on his own.
