Two problems related to axle assembly have been reported for the 1996 Honda Civic. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Bolt broke from power train, causing tire to explode/loss of control/accident.
Belts came of pulleys, vehicle lost control resulting in acollision. Also, replaced throttle cable/emissions/ignition/cv boots and windshield wipers.
