Electronic Stability Control problem #1

There is a recall out right now for my ignition switch but when I call Honda, they said there is no recalls for my vehicle. I am currently experiencing the symptoms of the recall but they refused to help me or dont believe me. I am not comfortable driving this vehicle right now because it shuts off while driving and I have no steering at all. This is my daily commuter. Please help.

Electronic Stability Control problem #2

1999 Honda Civic ex with intermittent stalling. The car will just cut off while you are driving. It does this everyday and will cut off while stopped at a traffic light, backing up or driving. There is no rhyme or reason to why it is doing. There was a recall on a faulty ignition switch but I have been told it did not include this VIN #. There are actually two recalls. . . . On is TSB#02-031 and 9910. The last one my husband found on the internet and it only said Honda Civic 1999 and did not give a specific model. I really need help with this.
