One problem related to front seat belt buckle assembly has been reported for the 1999 Honda Civic. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Passenger side safety belt failure. The front passenger side safety belt buckle does not stay latched. A forcefull pull by hand will unlatch the belt from the buckle. Honda dealer is replacing it today.
