One problem related to paint has been reported for the 1999 Honda Civic. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The paint on my 1999 Honda Civic along with all other cars alike the green paint and the clear coat separate causing bubbles in the paint and peeling. This is affecting all green Civics of this year leading to the asumption that it is a factory defect.
