Drivers power window is slow to go up and front seat belts will not retract. Engine light comes on and car loses power and gas mielage. Goes offf when gas tank is filled. Car has been to dealer numerous times for Honda scheduled service and also while it was under warranty. All the problems adressed above were told to dealer who said they could not find a problem. .
