1 Transmission Shudder problem

Failure Date: 02/01/2013

The manual transmission contains internal bearings that wear out very quickly. They cause a large amount of noise, and wear the transmission very quickly. The clutch release bearing grinds in the transmission during acceleration, and could cause the transmission to fail at any time. This could cause my injury. A dealer quoted me $2,000 to fix this problem. Honda should fix this problem for me; a transmission should not have failing parts at only 42 thousand miles.
