5 Front Driver Side Air Bag Inflator problem

Failure Date: 11/13/2012

I received recall notification (14v-351) dated September 2014 for air bag lamp and it states " affected airbag deploys, the increased internal pressure may cause the inflator to rupture". It also states that I should call any authorized Honda dealer and make an appointment to have my vehicle's driver's front airbag inflator replaced, at no cost to me. I have notified tony Honda located on ka uka, hawaii four times. The first representative I spoke to said that they will charge me if the air bag lamp that is on in my vehicle doesn't match the description of the recall. I then asked for an appointment, and they said that someone will contact me. After over a week I haven't received a call, I left messages regarding status of my vehicle and would like to take of it ASAP, especially if it's a recall!. I have not received any call backs regarding appointment. Over four attempts, and received no support from tony Honda. I've been driving my vehicle to and from work everyday with my spouse and children hoping that it's just an electronic issue! there's not a day that goes by that I think of "what happens if it's not an electronic issue, and it deploys". If you can help me by providing support to take care of this problem, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time and hope to hear from you soon. Staff sergeant roscoe.
