Windshield problems of the 2005 Honda Civic

The contact owns a 2005 Honda Civic. The windshield was not sealed at the time that the contact purchased the vehicle. The vehicle was purchased new from a Honda dealership. He was waiting for a call back from the manufacturer about the problem. First noticed that the windshield was not sealed on July 12, 2005. He could hear wind blowing through the car , and on the service invoice from a local dealership , it stated that the windshield was not sealed.
