Odometer fraud. The contact purchased a 2011 Honda Civic. The contact stated that upon obtaining the vehicle history report, it was discovered that there was a mileage discrepancy. The vehicle was a private sale. At the time of purchase, the vehicle's mileage was 89,000, and at the time of registration, it was discovered that the mileage was 161,158. The contact stated that there was a white substance throughout the vehicle, which was determined to be mold.
