The contact owns a 2015 Honda Civic. While attempting to stop the vehicle, it veered to the right and all of the warning lights illuminated. As a result, the contact lost control of the vehicle and crashed into a pole. The air bags did not deploy. A police report was not filed and no injuries were sustained. The vehicle was towed to the dealer, but the technician was unable to diagnose the failure. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed that the tie rod had fractured and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired.
