1 Vehicle Controls Steering problem

The contact owns a 2016 Honda Civic sedan. The contact stated while driving 50 mph on the highway the steering wheel would not turn, then suddenly the steering wheel turned too much into the next lane. This happens continuously. To control the vehicle the contact had to slow down. The contact took the vehicle to the dealer and it was diagnosed as they could not duplicate the problem. The vehicle was not repaired. There were no warning lights. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The mileage was approximately 40,000.
