215/55r16 97h xl mi defender 2 bw tire replacement in December 2025. Valve stem replacement in June 2026 due to pervious similar failure on different wheel. This is the third failure for my car in 3 month. Back driver valve stem sheared from the base on 9/24/26, noticed after driving on the highway for two hours. The tire lost pressure while the vehicle was going 75mph. Tpms warning showed up as the tire lost pressure. Tire shop claimed no other failure reported to them.

Vehicle vibrated violently after the quick loss of pressure.

Vehicle vibrated violently after the quick loss of pressure.
