Tl- the contact owns a 2005 Honda Civic Hybrid. The contact stated when he had attempted to make a left hand turn and suddenly had driven through traffic signal and had crashed into the entire passenger side of the vehicle. The side air bags failed to deploy. The front seat passenger had sustained chest bruising,the rear passenger had sustained bruises to the head and the contact sustained shoulder,lower back and neck bruises which all required medical attention. There was a police report filed. The vehicle had not yet been diagnosed of the failure. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and the approximate failure mileage was 210,000. Gb.
- the contact stated that while driving her 2006 Honda civic at 40 mph, she tried to apply the brakes but could not get to the vehicle to brake on time before it collided with the rear end of another vehicle. At the time of the collision the contact and passenger were wearing seatbelts, and the damaged was in the front end of the vehicle. The air bags did not deploy and the vehicle was not was towed. The driver suffered injuries on her neck and was experiencing chest pain and had to be taken in an ambulance, the passenger did not need medical attention of the time of the incident, but since the incident has been experiencing soreness.
