I owned a 2006 Honda civic, there was a problem where the air conditioner (a/c) condenser was located. It seemed that many people were experiencing this problem. The a/c in the car was not working, brought to Honda, they told me that there was a hole in the condenser from road debris. This was a design issue and should be under warranty. Therewas no protection on the grille. The grille was wide open.
