1 Steering Failed problem

The steering wheel failed to return to its position after a turn was made. The consumer had to apply force to get the steering wheel to drive straight. When going around curves and corners, the wheels occasionally hang in the direction of the turn and would not return. This occurred when the vehicle was cold.
