The door locks failed to lock unless a key was used which would only work on the front doors. The key would no longer unlock the doors unless it was manually. The rear back door would not lock under any circumstances. This jeopardized the safety of my car, and myself. I went to apple tree Honda where I purchased the car. They did not let me know that this had been a recurrent problem on other cars. They charged me $587. 50 to replace all the locks.
The lock actuator in both my driver's side door and the rear driver's side door went out. I spent well over $500 in repairs. It affected all my doors. They could not be locked/unlocked with the keyless entry nor with the power locks button inside my car. My doors had to be manually locked and unlocked. This seems to be a very common problem in the Cr-v. The Honda dealership admitted to me that this happens frequently, but corporate has yet to issue a recall.
